ETL Joins NVIDIA Inception Program

Edinburgh, UK — December 10th, 2021 — ETL today announces it has been accepted into the NVIDIA Inception program, which is designed to nurture start-ups revolutionising industries with advancements in AI and data science.

ETL’s Peering Exchange is an agentless core technology that scales and automates many security processes into a sophisticated AI engine, removing the manual work required to protect data centres and hybrid environments. ETL can leverage existing data silos, allowing gaps to be quickly identified and data to be visualised and updated automatically. ETL will give its customers the ability to handle assets and data in a way not seen before, through automation of inventory management and AI that identifies compromised assets in real time.

“Having the support of a company like NVIDIA is invaluable to our scalable dynamic technology. It gives us an industrial scale of efficiency and allows critical access to capital, education support and engineering resources that align and support our roadmap trajectory, which will allow room for us to create and deliver an extraordinary evolution.”

– James Tervit, CEO of ETL

With ETL’s platform, customers will start to discover unpublished TTP (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures) through deep packet analysis, fingerprinting and unplanned changes to the firmware, hardware and data structures as they happen. Customers will no longer be at the mercy of hunt and detection but will have their estates protected through real-time technology and change analysis. This will lead to security operations teams spending more time remediating with partners than wasting precious time on discovery of threats with the hunt and remediate modes.

As a direct benefit, ETL PXC (Peering eXChange) assists with efficient capacity through traffic classification, allowing firewalls to offload traffic, decrease CPU bottlenecks and increase firewall capacity by ~>6.5 times. The list of benefits is endless in terms of automation and bringing data silos to life, as well as making sure that existing investments in today’s technology is leveraged to the max, supporting legacy reuse and assisting with digital transformation into a future-driven, AI-managed infrastructure.

NVIDIA Inception will give ETL access to the latest industrial scalable technology, as well as assistance with growth and learning through the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI), for coping with high-growth challenges and expanding new AI engineering roles. The program also offers ETL the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading experts and other AI-driven organisations.

NVIDIA Inception helps start-ups during critical stages of product development, prototyping, and deployment. Every NVIDIA Inception member gets a custom set of ongoing benefits, such as DLI credits, marketing support and technical assistance, which provides start-ups with the fundamental tools to help them grow.
